Serena Joy - Social Coach

Hi, I’m Serena. I started this coaching practice because I know how tough it can feel to make friends, build confidence, and navigate dating - especially if you’re neurodiverse or living with anxiety. My goal is to offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can develop skills, feel understood and be encouraged.I’ve worked in both the NHS and the charity sector, in neurodiversity, mental health, and trauma, supporting people on a one-to-one basis with strategies tailored to meet their needs. In my master's degree in Psychology, I focused my research on autism, relationships, and dating, which inspired me to develop a coaching programme to offer support in this area.When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me at the gym, out walking by the coast, or supporting friends through the highs and lows of dating apps! I bring not only professional experience, but also a personal understanding of these challenges, and I’d love to help you feel more confident and connected in your own journey.
